Teac LE40UBFHD update. 2nd tv returned for refund used for 48 years - no joke

Teac LE40UBFHD out of the box had 17554 usage days thats 48 years. This TV lost sound 3 days after it had replaced the identical TV that had the screen fail, featured in another of my blogs. Teac took 9 days before i was refunded. i had complained waiting on the 2nd TV to be repaired. I had 2 identical TV's fail from different problems with 14 weeks. NOT GOOD.

Alien Abduction of birds solved

I recently lost 4 king Quails, 2 Zebra finches and 2 Budgies. i had no holes in the aviary. I knew i had mice but couldn't work  it out. My dogs like to chase mice and 1 had dug up some of my paving. i found when repairing the paving my dogs went crazy digging up the sand. Next a huge MF Rat ran into the aviary and into a hollow log my finches called home before they disappeared. i had found my bird killer :(

I sadly brought a Teac LE40UBFHD

It had 1 stuck pixel out of the box, less than 10 weeks later screen crapped our with x, y lines. took them a week to supposedly replace? the tv. the system info on the replacement has 1700 odd usage days weird, now it has no sound, did it the other day and a power reboot fixed it but not this time. 2 U.S tv's in 12 weeks not good. USB only plays .AVI no other videos :(

Shrine to Nate Dunbar

A photo of the shrine created in honor of Nate Dunbar, whom tragically lost his young life at the age of 8mths whilst he was asleep around 2.30am on the morning of Friday 25.01.2012. Nate was asleep in the rear of his home which backs onto Hester avenue in Merriwa Western Australia.
The crash investigation is following drunk driving, reckless driving occasioning bodily death, the Female driver is accused of crossing 3 lanes of traffic, mounting a 4 meter wide medium strip then veering over 7 meters of vacant land before smashing through a timber fence and then penetrating the house whilst in a 70kmh speed limit.
